Welcome to my Blog!
My name is Frances Marron  and I love the excitement and joy that surround wedding days!  I am a creative and free-spirited woman that has a lot of energy and love for the world.  I believe strongly in the law of attraction and that everything in the world happens for a positive reason.  I live just north of Denver across the street from beautiful Standley Lake with my two dogs/children, Cheyenne and Charlie Brown.  I love living in Colorado near most of my family and am borderline obsessed with snowboarding and the mountains. The First Cammick Family Photoshoot

Allan has been in the US for about three weeks now and Matt and I really wanted to get a family photo taken with him and the doggies before the snow flies. So, last weekend we went to Red Rocks and David Gaston of Gaston Photography met us there for a little family photo session swap.  (I shot his family and then he shot mine.)   Here are some of his images...  Thanks David!  We love them!

Allan's first day of School

My mom always used to take my sisters and I's photo on the first day of school every year.   Allan started 7th grade at Oberon middle school on Monday this week!  Even though it was seriously difficult for me to function at that early hour of the morning, I managed to remember to grab my camera and snap a quick photo of him.  I love that it was dark enough outside that my shutter was automatically slow enough to see the motion in his hands, showing off his lunch money. Classic.

I started following your blog a few weeks ago after you were on the Pictage podcast. I heard you were in Denver, but didn't realize you were in Arvada. I attended Oberon many years ago, but now live in D.C. Small world! Great pictures! I hope Allan enjoys middle school.

Camp Cammick

Our dear friends Angela and Ty Col(e)man's dogs are like Cheyenne and Charlie Brown's favorite step-sisters. Whenever we go out of town our dogs stay with them and when they go out of town, Sidney and Serena come and stay with us.  Matt has mastered the fine art of "walking" them all at once in the most efficient way possible, via beach cruiser.  He makes it look so easy, but take my word for it.... it's not!  Don't try this at home!

The new Blog has arrived!

There are so many new things in my life right now!  Among them, I've moved my home office into a new studio space, I have a new son, Allan!!  And now I finally have my new blog.  I'm so excited to get caught up on all the things I haven't blogged about over the last two months while the transition has been taking place.  But, Allan is officially off to the 7th grade today and I am back to work and adjusting to my new life.  So the blog posts are going to come rolling in....
